Job summary

Tranco Logistics is seeking a reliable MHE Operator to sort, route and load cargo within a warehouse environment in Chattanooga, TN. The role requires operating material handling equipment, coordinating with teammates, and ensuring safe, accurate handling of inbound and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include unloading, staging for loading, maintaining equipment, and adhering to OSHA and SDS standards.

Qualifications

• Be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• High school diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently; inspect equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; comply with safety standards.
• Complete in-house training and be refreshed every three years per OSHA.
• Work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
