Eastern Lift Truck Co. - Forklift Mechanic

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician/Forklift Mechanic to support our Upper Marlboro branch and Virginia locations. We offer opportunities for growth, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals who want a career with a company that maintains a family-like environment.

Main Duties:

1. Diagnose, repair, inspect, and maintain equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
2. Provide courteous and professional service.
3. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience repairing forklifts and/or heavy equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience as a road mechanic is a plus.
• Welding and fabricating experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Stable work history.
• Dependable, self-motivated professional.
