We are seeking a Technician Apprentice to support our Chantilly, VA location. We offer growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and benefits for individuals seeking a career with a company that maintains a family-like environment.

This entry-level position provides training in the mechanics of material handling equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. You will be mentored through a 6–9-month formal training program, learning safety standards and customer interaction. The program includes classroom modules and hands-on shop training to prepare you for a career as a Field Service Technician.

Main Duties:
  • Learn routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, aerial lifts, pallet trucks)
  • Complete required training certifications
  • Assist experienced mechanics
  • Follow all health and safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards
Requirements:
  • Some mechanical experience
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
  • Clean driving record (MUST)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
