Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is hiring a forklift operator to load and unload materials, stack goods, and organize pallets in a safety‑driven facility in Mesa, AZ. You will perform daily equipment checks, use an RF scanner, and follow shipping orders or production schedules to maintain productivity.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and reading skills, and forklift certification per OSHA standards. A clean driving record may be required.

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Job description

Job Duties:

• Uses forklift to load and unload materials, move items around the facility to the correct storage bays following inventory control instructions
• Stacking and organizing goods and empty pallets and checking that loads are secure.
• Daily equipment checks, using an RF scanner, and helping keep the work area clean and safe. Obtain and follow the shipping order or production schedule
• Perform daily forklift equipment checks per OSHA guidelines
• Examine products to verify they meet quality standards

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good math, language, and reading skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanner gun required
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury and promote a safe work environment
• Complete assignments accurately, safely, and on time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
• Clean driving record and valid state driver's license may be required
