You keep every movement traceable—paperwork is accurate and on time, locations are updated in the computer, and all units are scanned so inventory always reflects reality. You help the team run at full potential by operating equipment at available capacity and speed, and by following the daily production schedule while suggesting smart adjustments to improve cost, quality, delivery, and service.Throughout the shift you pitch in with other forklift operators, uphold company policies, prioritize safety and housekeeping, and, if you’re on that rotation, assist with Friday night cleanup.
