Prespool / Forklift Operator (Material Handler)

Location: Conway, SC
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7 AM–7 PM & 7 PM–7 AM), including weekends
Starting Pay: $15/hr
Increases: $16.01 upon hire, $16.81 in 6 months, $18.49 after 1 year.

Position Overview:

This is a manufacturing plant, not a general warehouse job. Forklift operators will assist with production-related tasks, not just moving boxes. Must be eager, reliable, and ready for a long-term opportunity.

Main Position Tasks: Spooling Metal & Operating Forklift

Hot Environment: Can be up to 15 Degrees Hotter than Outside Temperatures

Requirements:

• Proven forklift experience
• Strong attendance & reliability (no tolerance for excessive callouts or excuses)
• Must always wear required PPE (face shield, glasses, earplugs)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to use touchscreen computer systems throughout the shift
• Understands & accepts pay scale differences between departments
• Manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus

Drug Test & Background Check Required.

Benefits:

• Benefits start once hired on, except 8% 401K match starting after 1st year.
• Workers can also qualify for 5% of the company's profits twice a year.
