Position Overview We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift/Material Handler to support our warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, loading, and unloading materials throughout the facility and ensuring accurate inventory and material flow. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack, etc.) to load, unload, move, and stack materials and products safely Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and supplies Stage materials for production as directed by supervisors or production leads Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory Perform routine inspections and safety checks on equipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Support other warehouse or production activities as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Skills 5 years minimum proven experience operating a forklift (valid certification a plus) Strong understanding of warehouse and material handling safety practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled) Must be dependable and a team player Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Extended periods of standing, kneeling, and working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to operate and handle tools and machinery safely and effectively.
