Job summary

Torrey Holistics in the United States is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Lift Truck Maintenance Technologist to perform full-spectrum maintenance on LP and electric forklifts, reporting to lead technician. You will handle preventive maintenance, battery care, fluid and filter changes, tune-ups, and diagnostics, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Requires 1–2 years troubleshooting experience, ability to read schematics, and good communication; travel as needed, outdoors.

Qualifications

1–2 years troubleshooting experience on electric or LP equipment
Demonstrated ability to execute basic repairs on forklifts and attachments
Working knowledge of electrical, LP, and hydraulic systems; DVOM proficiency
Ability to interpret wiring schematics and follow service manuals
Customer service mindset; effective oral and written communication

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on LP and electric forklifts
Fluid management: engine oil, transmission fluid, differential gear lube, hydraulic fluid
Filter replacements: air, oil, fuel, ATF
Tune-ups: valve adjustments, spark plug and wire replacement
Brake and riser adjustments
Battery care on schedule: inspection and watering
Battery removal, repair, and installation
Diagnose and correct basic overheating conditions
Steering system troubleshooting and repair
