Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance on forklift equipment, pallet jacks, chargers, batteries, and conveyors
• Maintenance of overhead dock doors, ramp dock levelers, construction repair, floor repair, office doors etc.

• Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and construction work in the basic building maintenance trades, such as carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, and carpets.
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician understanding of electrical up to 3 Phase 480 volts.
• Understanding of hydraulic and other systems.
• Teamwork - Balances team and individual responsibilities.
• Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures.
• Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment.
• Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift mechanic experience
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, voltage AC/DC, HVAC, pneumatics, blueprints and mechanical, building maintenance technology, or relevant field Journeymenship will be a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Spanish language a plus
