Job summary

USG is seeking a warehouse associate in Otsego, MN who will learn to operate forklifts to unload waste paper, stack bales, and load rolls for trucks and railcars. The role emphasizes safe, orderly warehouse practices and adherence to 5S and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Must learn to operate forklifts and clamp trucks.
• Must follow safety rules and job safety analysis (JSA).
• Must read, write, and use a computer.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift.
• No significant performance or attendance infractions in 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn unloading bales of waste paper from trucks and railcars.
• Learn stacking waste paper and loading rolls on trucks/railcars.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse conditions.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trucks and railcars.
• Learn to safely operate forklift and clamp truck as licensed operator.
