Job summary

Stanley Electric US is seeking an experienced Shipping Associate (forklift licensed) at our London, Ohio facility. You will ensure daily operational requirements are met, manage packaging and shipment readiness, and support inventory control while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Overtime and occasional travel may be required to support shipments and trainings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a warehouse worker.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and ERP/MRP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations meet requirements, focusing on customer communication and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space utilization.
• Provide assembling lines with clean, safe shipping containers for finished goods.
• Store products via FIFO principles and accurate location management.
• Process orders using pick sheets, scanners, and confirmations in the system.
• Load and unload customer trailers and print labels to ensure proper scanning.
• Conduct inventory controls and uphold quality standards for audits.
