Butterball, LLC is hiring a Distribution/Raw Receiving Associate in Ozark, AR to receive raw materials, verify inbound materials, and prepare them for internal movement or outbound shipments. You will work closely with Production, Quality, and Distribution teams to maintain accurate inventory and ensure daily production targets are met.

The role requires operating forklifts and scanners, maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, and adhering to HACCP, FDA, and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check, drug screen and pre-employment physical

Aufgaben

• Retrieve product from storage areas based on customer/production orders using a scanner and forklift, high lift, scissor lift as needed
• Create master pallet labels using the scanner
• Transport product to/from shipping/production/raw receiving using the reach lift
• Account for all product on order
• Load product on correct trailer using a forklift and scanner
• Ensure all products are properly graded and loaded/received according to load specifications
• Assist with inventory
• Ensure area is cleaned and sanitary
• Follows all work safety policies and guidelines
• Maintain ongoing communication with Supervisors/Managers
• Must cross train in other areas
• Perform other duties as assigned; may be required to rotate to various functions within the department
