Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Branch Operations group.

You will off-load, put-away, pick and stage equipment and parts, while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include operating forklift and warehouse equipment, receiving items, stocking assigned locations, maintaining inventory, completing will calls, and handling paperwork accurately and safely.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience.
• 1+ years forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification within 30 days preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely to load/unload and move materials.
• Receive items per procedure and stock in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Complete will calls.
• Submit paperwork and transactions accurately and on time.
• Wear PPE and uniform at all times.
• Keep warehouse tidy and perform forklift safety inspections.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow SOPs, processes, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
