Quality Auto & Equipment, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate to safely operate sit-down forklifts, manage inventory, and support rigging tasks as needed in the Greater Richmond area.

You will use Smartsheet for inventory tracking and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely shipping. Ideal candidates have 3+ years forklift experience, strong math and reporting skills, and excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience safely operating a forklift.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with different types of forklifts, particularly sit-down forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift trucks (Sit-Down Forklifts) to move, stack, or load/unload materials safely.
• Utilize order picking systems to accurately fulfill orders.
• Conduct routine inspections of the forklift and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Collect and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and movements.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate material handling.
• Use Smartsheet to track and analyze inventory data.
