Job summary

A3 Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely operate electric stand-up reach trucks and manage high-rack inventory in a fast-paced facility in the United States. You will load, unload, and rotate stock while following strict safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities include using WMS/RF devices for accurate tracking, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting daily production and accuracy targets.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate electric stand-up reach trucks to pick, put away, and rotate inventory, often at high rack levels.
• Material Handling: Load and unload trailers and containers, ensuring freight is accurately counted and undamaged.
• Inventory Control: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scan guns for accurate tracking.
• Safety Adherence: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment, report damage to racks, and adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area (sweeping, removing broken pallets/plastic).
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy targets (often 80% or higher).
