Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform material movement, weigh raw materials, and document transactions in a wet production environment. The role requires operating a forklift, labeling materials, and maintaining inventory accuracy in ambient and refrigerated warehouses.

You will support internal and external customers, follow GMP, SQF, and company procedures, and participate in ongoing safety training. The position emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• One-year experience in computerized warehouse and real-time data collection.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and bar coding preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and weigh raw materials for batches.
• Operate forklift safely; load/unload trucks and transfer materials.
• Label and store materials in correct locations; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow GMP, SQF and company procedures; participate in safety training.
• Support production areas and document transactions in the computer system.
