Job summary

Hines, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a Yard/Warehouse Rep I to receive, stock, ship, and count inventory items. This entry-level role requires safe forklift operation and adherence to established procedures.

You will support warehouse teammates and provide customer service while maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include receiving materials, stocking bins, counting inventory, and helping with light housekeeping and loading tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to do basic math, read orders, write instructions and complete forms.
• Ability to read a tape measure and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with Inventory Control Systems or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle conflict constructively and maintain accuracy in stock and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely in a warehouse environment.
• Receive, stock, ship, count and record inventory items.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist in loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent customer service and basic clerical support.
• Count and verify incoming materials and stock locations.
• Operate forklift with appropriate controls and safety procedures.
