Job summary

RRD is seeking a Forklift/Hoist Operator 2 for a 12-hour rotating day shift (7:00am–7:00pm) in our Production & Manufacturing department. Duties include moving finished goods, stocking materials, and ensuring safe, efficient operations on a roving day schedule.

The role requires operating forklifts, staging products, and performing routine equipment inspections, with adherence to safety policies and proper waste handling. Overtime and shift differential may apply.

Qualifications

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Stacks and inventories supplies; maintains location records.
• Performs routine daily inspections and reports maintenance needs.
• Adheres to safety policies and hazardous waste handling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/hoist to move products between staging, storage, and shipping areas.
• Provide materials to Manufacturing; stage products for movement.
• Inspect and maintain hoist equipment; report maintenance needs.
• Assist with battery service, where applicable, and general housekeeping.
