Job summary

AJM Packaging Corporation in Taylor, MI is seeking Hi-Lo Operators to operate an industrial forklift to unload, move, stack and stage products and materials in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Starting pay is $18.35 per hour with an additional $0.50 per hour for every referral you bring to AJM, with no limit. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating a sit-down or stand-up forklift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates forklift and other machinery to load, unload, sort, and stage products.
• Maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness; ensures correct product location.
• Arranges cartons on pallets considering size, weight, and height.
• Loads trucks with attention to cubic weight and product characteristics.
• Works with supervision and team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
