Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Material Handler duties - picking, packing, shipping & receiving.
• Forklift/HiLo driving experience required (at least 1 full year).
• Assemble products and components according to specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions, diagrams, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with troubleshooting minor assembly issues.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
