Job Description: The primary responsibilities include operating a forklift, processing incoming stock and materials, picking and packing orders, and organizing the warehouse.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely (certification provided by the company).
• Process incoming stock, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce environment (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and write English.

Additional Skills: Basic math skills, understanding of stock locator systems, and ability to operate banding or shrink wrap machines.

Work Environment: Factory setting with exposure to noise, fumes, and moving mechanical parts. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks as described.
