Job summary

Reading Truck Group in Claremore, OK is hiring a Shipping/Receiving Forklift Driver and Loader to ensure orderly production and distribution. You will pull orders, deliver production materials, stage finished products for distribution, and operate forklifts and related equipment.

The role requires 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing, forklift certification, and a focus on laser safety and safe load securing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Shipping or Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must pass forklift test at interview.
• Must have Laser Safety focus and excellent driving experience.
• Must be skilled in Load Balancing and safe securement of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area.
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording locations of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders (kitting).
• Locates and loads/packs units for shipping.
• Documents materials and records units delivered.
• Operates fork trucks, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other machinery to move items
• Drive and stage trucks, bumpers, or other accessories
