Position

Production Forklift Driver / Grinder.

Responsibilities

• Move and load hazardous wastes under the direction of a supervisor.
• Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood, and plastic.
• Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure a safe and positive work atmosphere.
• Maintain forklift equipment by troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, recommending repairs, and performing routine pre‑inspections.
• Identify and report faulty equipment, damages, and safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Load and unload products from trailers using forklift trucks and other material‑handling equipment.
• Transport products to and from warehouse and distribution centers.
• Deliver products to various units safely and in a timely manner.
• Keep own and adjacent work area clean.
• Organize and stage the regrind material for processing.
• Prepare plastic for recycling.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Education: N/A.

Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of driving a forklift in a manufacturing environment.

Required Certifications/Licensure: Forklift certification.
