Accountabilities

• Ensure property safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies at all times.
• Oversee facility maintenance and housekeeping (5S).
• Achieve high quality standards in operational processes.
• Complete daily operations efficiently and meet daily goals.

Essential Functions

• Meet or exceed labor standards and KPIs.
• Operate Order Picker equipment.
• Process inventory transactions accurately by case or pair.
• Follow work instructions for processing activities.
• Operate equipment such as Carton Erectors as required.
• Work steadily with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Pack cartons neatly and correctly label outbound cartons.
• Perform quality assurance and value-added activities.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and communicate errors to supervisors.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
• Support policy and procedure changes.
• Participate in training and cross-training activities.
• Maintain equipment and supply stocks.
• Conduct 5S audits and safety inspections as needed.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Learn and adapt to new order processing technologies.
• Assist in other operational areas as needed.
• Follow directions and feedback effectively.
• Understand and apply work instructions.
• Safely navigate the warehouse on a forklift for order fulfillment.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Experience with Raymond equipment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to work at heights and use ladders as needed.
• Basic math skills required.
• Remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Willingness to work extended hours or days.
