Job summary

Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift in Chino, CA. Join a fast-paced distribution center with a focus on safety and accuracy as you pick, pack, and move orders.

You will operate forklifts, meet daily production goals, and collaborate with a team of associates and supervisors to ensure on-time order fulfillment. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous Fork Lift Certification required.
• Effective time management skills and positive team player required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
• Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands

Compensation and Hours

• Starting pay is $21.00 per hour+ $1.50 shift differential
• Potential to earn overtime
• Position will be 2nd shift from 3:00pm- 11:30pm (MON-FRI)
