The Associate Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution is responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments, or equipment to meet customer expectations. Duties include receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is part of the Distribution Center team located in Hebron, KY, and will be an on‑site role.

In This Role

• Receives and stores product, picks and packs product for shipment, and ships orders. Inspects materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates, and product part number.
• Creates and/or ensures appropriate documentation is completed for orders. Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned.
• May involve operation of powered industrial equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, and/or reach trucks. Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with the management team. Assists management on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• High school degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Physical/Environment Requirements

• Lifting: Up to 50 lbs, multiple times during an 8‑to‑10‑hour shift.
• Push/Pull/Bend/Twist: Multiple times, up to 2 to 4 hours continuously during an 8‑to‑10‑hour shift.
• Standing/Walking: Approximately 2 to 4 hours continuously during an 8‑to‑10‑hour shift, 0% sitting.
• Environment: Exposure to cold (35‑46 degrees F) for approximately 2.5 hours continuously during an 8‑to‑10‑hour shift. Provided PPE includes insulated/high‑visibility jacket, gloves, and hand warming packs.

It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In

• An environment where overtime and working in different departments is a regular occurrence.
• Fast‑paced warehouse environment.
