The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the safe and efficient movement of materials in the Blaine, MN facility. You will operate various powered industrial trucks and handle loading/unloading, while ensuring accurate picking and inventory records.

Role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Microsoft Windows skills, and good communication. Physical effort is moderate, with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for several hours daily.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication skills in English, reading and writing.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Move materials within warehouse areas safely and efficiently.
• Operate powered industrial trucks including sit-down forklift, tank mover, Drexel, Swing Reach, and Rider Pallet Jacks.
• Load and unload trailers with components, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Process customer orders, cycle counts, and bin-to-bin transactions with SAP.
• Verify accuracy of materials needed for picks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to trained work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment and assist with housekeeping.
• Assist in processing recycled materials, use compactors, and pallet management.

Position Responsibilities

• For the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse areas.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks including: Sit-down forklift, Tank Mover, Drexel, Swing Reach, and Rider Pallet Jacks.
• Load and unload trailers with components, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Process customer orders, cycle count, and do bin to bin transactions with SAP.
• Able to verify accuracy of materials needed to materials picked in timely manner.
• Adhere to trained work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels within the warehouse.
• Adhere and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain a clean safe work environment including general housekeeping.
• Assist processing recycled materials, use compactors, and pallet management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Some experience in general warehouse environment preferred
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate Basic Microsoft Windows Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Medium physical effort required
• Lifting 50 lbs. maximum and frequently lifting and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for several hours daily.

Pay Range

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
