Job summary

Fresh Express is looking for a Warehouse Associate to move materials with forklift, walker, or hand jack in a fast-paced facility. You will pick and load orders using the Voice system and ensure accurate, timely workflow while maintaining safety and proper documentation.

The role requires basic math, weekend/holiday availability, and bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish skills. A forklift certification and prior warehouse experience are strongly preferred, and comfort working in a cold

Responsibilities

• Keep dock areas and coolers clean and orderly.

Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for using a forklift, walker or hand jack to move materials within the warehouse, which may include raw product, dry goods, or finished goods. This position is responsible for following proper procedures for product rotation and flow through the warehouse. The incumbent is also responsible for all documents and procedures required for this function. He or she will also perform the task of picking and loading all orders via the Voice system. Utilization of this system is designed to limit discrepancies making their way to the customer. Incumbent will be proficient in the usage and troubleshooting of the Voice system to achieve this goal. The Warehouse Associate will be asked to maintain a safe level of speed when picking the assigned orders. The Warehouse Associate will be asked to either stage the order in an assignment area on the warehouse floor or to load the order directly into an assigned trailer.

Schedule: 5:00pm to 3:30am - Sundays OFF

Day To Day Responsibilities
