Forklift Driver 2nd Shift – Distribution Center
Location: Fort Worth

Shift: 12pm-8:30pm

Join our fast-paced and collaborative warehouse team as a Forklift Driver, where your skills will help keep our distribution operations running smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced operator who can safely manage the flow of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to a high-performing warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate gas or electric-powered forklifts to move, load, stack, and unload raw materials, parts, and finished goods

  • Transfer materials between warehouse storage and transport vehicles

  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained

  • Maintain accurate inventory by tracking product movement and reporting discrepancies

  • Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations

  • Follow all warehouse safety protocols and company procedures

  • May assist in training or guiding less experienced team members

  • Requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment

  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control

  • Ability to troubleshoot minor operational issues and recommend solutions

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Team-player mindset with the ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
