Job Summary: Responsible for manual loading/unloading, warehouse maintenance, and operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Manage dock area, verify cargo, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist shipping/receiving with equipment
• Check in merchandise and match orders
• Read and interpret orders and shipping documents
• Verify cargo condition and documentation
• Sort and store cargo properly
• Operate forklift and learn load cubing
• Perform warehouse maintenance and safety checks
• Scan outbound shipments for accuracy
• Report issues and damaged items

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently
• Forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack operation skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• English proficiency
• Problem-solving skills
• Reliability and punctuality

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 3+ months related experience, forklift certification preferred, valid driver’s license.

Physical & Work Environment: Must lift up to 50 lbs, work in warehouse conditions, use PPE, and adapt to temperature variations.
