Barrett Petfood in Brainerd, Minnesota is hiring a Full-Time Forklift Driver to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. You will operate forklifts to move kibble and packaged products, perform safety checks, and collaborate with a team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory handling.

This onsite role offers competitive hourly pay, shift options (2nd +$1.50, 3rd +$3), and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and follow FIFO rules.
• Experience with ERP systems (Plex) is a plus.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move kibble and packaged products within the facility.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and maintain an organized workspace.
• Scan product onto the packaging line and ensure correct labeling.
• Wrap and transport finished pallets to the warehouse for shipping.
• Count and check orders for accuracy and assist with inventory management.
