Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join our Receiving Department for the 1st shift. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the plant.
• Ensure the accurate and timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of products.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory control and cycle counting.
• Collaborate with the receiving team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Complete all necessary documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a forklift driver, preferably in a receiving or warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
