Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Reynolds, IN to efficiently fill customer orders and assist in pulling, packing, and shipping product. You will operate forklifts/pallet jacks, use barcode systems, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Computer skills and experience with bar-code systems a plus
• Must pass drug screen
• Proven history of excellent attendance
• Strong work ethic including Safety orientated, Dependable to work alone with little supervision, Handles pressure, Team Player, Organized, Meet production standards.

Responsibilities

• Fill Customer orders in an efficient manner
• Use forklift or pallet jack to assist in pulling orders
• Use computers for picking and shipping of correct product
• Pick, build and label pallets of product according to customer requirements. Lifting up to 50# repeatedly is required .
• Load and unload trucks per company procedures
• Perform safety check on lifts prior to operation
• Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts as required
• Monitor inventory by reporting discrepancies
• Perform quality checks as needed
• Maintain safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations and performing housekeeping.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
