Job summary

MMI Engineered Solutions, Inc. in Saline, MI is seeking a reliable Pack & Scan Associate with forklift experience to join our manufacturing team.

You will ensure proper packaging availability, move finished parts to labeling and storage, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced setting. The role requires at least 2 years in manufacturing with forklift and scanner use, strong organization, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, including forklift operation and use of scanner equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing, databases).
• Demonstrated accuracy in handling inventory, documentation, and lot number verification.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and as part of a team.

Job description

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pack & Scan Associate (Forklift Driver) to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to keeping production and assembly areas running smoothly by ensuring proper packaging is available, finished parts are moved efficiently, and quality standards are consistently met.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 12:00pm-6:15pm and alternating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday 6:00am-6:15pm.

Key Responsibilities:
