Parts Town is hiring a Vehicle Specialist (OEM Parts Wrangler) to join our fast-growing warehouse team in Illinois. You will pick, pack, receive, and process OEM parts with RF scanners, ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the fulfillment process.

You must be certified in Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider, and Forklift or be willing to obtain those certs; strong English communication and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider and Forklift, or willing to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, receive OEM restaurant parts using RF scanners.
• Operate vehicle and forklift to move parts within warehouse.
• Maintain safety-first procedures and accurate daily/shift picks.

The Job at a Glance

As a Vehicle Specialist (Internally known as OEM Parts Wrangler), you will work within our fast-paced, fulfillment environment with powered industrial vehicles to help you pick, pack, put away, load, and receive our genuine OEM parts. You will assemble and pack purchase orders for shipment, use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts, and maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.

A Typical Day

• You will pick, pack, put away, and receive OEM restaurant parts while maintaining a positive team environment
• You will use an vehicle and a RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct locations within the warehouse
• You will work with our Warehouse team to complete daily orders, and your performance will be measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts you process daily

To Land This Opportunity

• You are certified in the Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider and Forklift, or willing to become certified.
• You are looking to work 7:00am-3:30 PM or 10:00am-6:30pm Monday through Friday
• You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will transport parts via carts and/or forklifts, cherry picker, and frequently retrieve parts from top and bottom shelves, utilizing ladders or reach trucks as needed
• You have strong attention to detail and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $42,813.81 – 52,327.99 annually ($20.58 – 25.15 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
