Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver for our Eldon, MO facility. This full-time, temp-to-hire role requires operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to load/unload trucks and move materials as part of a fast-paced production environment.

Shifts run 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, and 11:00pm–7:00am with overtime possible; starting pay is $18.25–$18.75 per hour. Penmac offers affordable health insurance and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, banders, wrappers, and related equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and material storage tasks.
• Move parts and materials throughout the facility, including pallets, drums, and scrap.
• Support production lines and assist in bin and wash areas as needed.
