Job summary

Furst-McNess Company in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving and material handling in a manufacturing warehouse. This role is forklift-focused, including moving pallets, staging for production, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining inventory flow.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with available overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and data entry capabilities.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to obtain certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
• Receive, store, and organize materials in designated locations.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and data entry in warehouse systems.
• Assist with shipping/receiving activities and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
