Job summary

Famous Footwear in Lebanon, TN is hiring an Order Picker to accurately select and prepare footwear merchandise for shipment to retail stores and customers. The role requires operating a forklift safely in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will use RF scanners and pick lists to fulfill customer and store orders, maintain safety standards, and support additional warehouse tasks as needed. High school diploma and forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to read, count, and match product numbers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer and store orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, load, or retrieve merchandise.
• Select correct footwear styles, sizes, and quantities.
• Pack products according to safety standards.
• Label cartons and prepare orders for shipping.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow OSHA forklift safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
