Qualifications

• Must have basic English reading, writing and verbal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in warehouse or like operations desirable.
• Experience in LTL operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks within timelines.
• Record exceptions in count or condition of shipments to minimize cargo claims.
• Manage paperwork: delivery receipts, bills of lading, trailer manifests, and freight counts.
• Regroup shipments as needed and meet reliability standards.
• Work various shifts as needed to accommodate business needs.
