Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Springfield, MO is hiring a Forklift Distribution Operator for a multi-shift warehouse role. You will receive and store finished goods and bulk cheese, assemble orders, and ensure outbound loads meet customer specifications.

You will operate RF devices, maintain safety compliance, and document production and inventory data. Minimum forklift experience and English proficiency are required, with overtime or weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift training and a valid forklift license.
• Completion of Job Specific Safety Training including LOTO and JHA.
• 5–week training checklist completed successfully.
• Proficiency with distribution operations including RF units and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive and warehouse incoming finished goods and bulk cheese; assemble for outbound disposition per customer requirements.
• Use computerized terminals to assist handling; cover bulk for support when needed.
• Follow SOPs and complete PCP checks; execute food safety and quality procedures.
• Record accurate data on production and inventory reports; communicate customer requirements to team.
