Job summary

AKIRA is hiring a Distribution Associate in Bolingbrook, IL. The role involves warehouse duties including receiving, processing and shipping inventory, with a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and on-site work.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing fashion brand. Proficiency with WMS and forklift is a plus.

Qualifications

• Safe operation in a warehouse environment with safety regulations.
• Ability to push, pull and lift 50 lbs continuously.
• Stand or walk for a 10-hour shift.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Receives and provides feedback effectively.
• Basic computer/data entry skills for inventory processing.
• Basic math and recording abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and ship AKIRA inventory.
• Unload and count incoming shipments; enter items into the WMS.
• Pick, sort, scan and pack inventory for processing.
• Warehouse packing and palletizing for freight shipments.
• Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
