AKIRA is hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Bolingbrook, IL. This full-time role supports order accuracy and warehouse processes, including picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient operation of scanners and related tech.

Shifts range from early mornings to weekends, with competitive hourly wages. English skills are required, bilingual Spanish is a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Move product, supplies and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, including a 10-12 hour shift.
• Must work effectively as a team member.
• English language skills (written and verbal).
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of online customer orders.
• Responsibilities may include picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and wrapping of merchandise as well as the use of hand-operated equipment.
• Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork in order to foster a positive working environment.
• Operate scanners/computers related to warehouse operations
• Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage.
