Job summary

Welch Packaging seeks a warehouse associate to operate clamp trucks and forklifts, receive raw materials, unload and load trucks and rail cars, and help keep the warehouse organized. You will operate the bander and conveyor line as needed and support material handlers and shipping staff while maintaining safety standards.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with prior forklift experience and ability to read English. OSHA-compliant daily inspections and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp truck and forklift equipment.
• Receive roll stock and raw materials per procedures.
