Job summary

GALLO in South Carolina is seeking a dependable, safety-focused warehouse teammate for on-site production support. You will operate clamp trucks and forklifts to pick orders, load/unload, and move finished goods while keeping a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of forklift or heavy machinery experience; overtime, shifts, and physical effort with up to 60 lbs; travel up to 5% for onboarding as needed. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate plus 1 year previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
• Required to learn and successfully pass skills demonstrations tests, earning a minimum of 3 skills within 24 months from hire.
• Required to work overtime as needed.
• Required to work any assigned shift.
• Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to certify and re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained, as required.
• Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
• Travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp trucks and forklifts to pick customer orders, load and unload trucks and rail cars.
• Move finished goods into storage and support a clean, organized workspace through routine floor scrubber operation.
• Help ensure products are handled correctly and inventory stays accurate, aligning with daily priorities.
• Learn standard processes, stretch wrapper operations, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
