Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Hollywood facility on the 2nd shift (Sunday–Thursday). You will supervise warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring safety and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will lead 25–30 warehouse staff, schedule shifts, train and develop the team, and monitor inventory levels and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• 2+ years in a warehouse supervisor leadership role.
• Forklift certification required on start.
• Ability to operate pallet jack or lift products.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 25–30 direct reports warehouse personnel.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
