Responsibilities

• Assist in loading contributed goods onto the truck using proper lifting procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading store merchandise orders or returns as directed by Warehouse Manager or Dock Lead.
• Operate forklift for replenishment, order picking, loading or unloading trucks as needed.
• Secure articles with ropes and padding to prevent damage.
• Handle loading of barrels, hand trucks, or other equipment required for trips.
• Pack and stack goods carefully during loading/unloading to avoid damage.
• Assist in processing textile and hard goods products.
• Present a professional image of Goodwill Industries to the public.
