Qualifications

• 3–5 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50–100 lbs frequently.
• Proficiency with RF scanners, inventory software, and computer systems.
• Forklift experience and certification required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• High degree of math skills and the ability to solve problems and work independently.
• Experience using WMS, TMS and inventory control systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Stocking: unload, inspect, verify shipments against POs/invoices, enter receipts into the WMS, stock inbound products, manage inbound carrier schedules, notify management of issues.
• Shipping: pack, label, and prepare outbound orders, ensure they match picking tickets, schedule and track carrier pickups.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Documentation: keep detailed records of daily shipments and receipts.
• Safety & Maintenance: keep dock/warehouse clean and compliant with safety procedures.
