Job summary

MFT-CKF INC is seeking a full-time Warehouse worker in Clinton, IA to handle shipping/receiving, material movement, and inventory control. You will move materials from trucks into warehouse locations and support production with timely material requisitions.

The role requires forklift experience, an active Hi-Lo background, and a high school diploma or GED, with basic math and reading skills. Compliance with safety policies and ability to pass forklift training are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; GED or equivalent experience.
• Requires basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Fork truck operating certificate required.
• 2 years Hi-Lo experience in a Shipping/Receiving role.
• This position requires up to 3 months' work experience to become proficient in all phases of the job to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties required for shipping and receiving materials.
• Organizes warehouse as instructed.
• Ensures inventory transactions and material receipts are done in an accurate, timely manner.
• Places stock into inventory locations in a timely manner.
• Assists in the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Delivers raw materials and shop supplies to production areas as required.
• Complies with all existing safety and materials handling policies and procedures.
• Participates on quality improvement and cost reduction teams.
• Must pass forklift operator training.
• Creating and running basic reports for inventory processes
• Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
