Job summary

Performance Team in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Forklift Operator to move products throughout the warehouse using various material handling equipment. You will load/unload trucks and stage freight while following safety guidelines.

The role requires a forklift certification, 1 year warehouse experience, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Overtime and occasional weekends may be required. English literacy is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be Forklift Certified.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap materials.
• RF scan gun experience required.
• Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain safety standards.
• Must lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifest to pull routes, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Perform material handling tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, and counting.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of packaging and systems.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Read and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain safe work environment including TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
