Job summary

Performance Team is seeking a Forklift Operator in Burlington, NJ to support loading/unloading, material handling, and fleet movements. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and complying with safety protocols. Prior warehouse experience and RF scanner proficiency are preferred.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm with potential overtime. Company benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred - 1 year experience.
• Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun required.
• Previous forklift certifications preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekends.
• Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well.
• Must have the ability to work well with others
• High attention to detail required.
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Handle materials including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting as applicable.
• Ensure timeliness, packaging and systems work is completed accurately.
• Identify and annotate OS&D (overages, shortages, damages).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks).
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment per TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
